It’s so clearly under resourced it must be a deliberate decision. But having people regularly visit the website must surely push up opportunities to sell them something. I dunno 🤷♂️

Undoubtedly. It’s crazy the schedule now. All to keep revenues through the year, but not realising they risk killing the thing they want to exploit
