They’ve taken the wrong conclusion from “nothing ever happens,” they think they can literally do anything and nothing will happen. This don’t realize they they have to be the ones making nothing happen.

Certain Journalists love nothing more than feeling that they have the “inside dope,” the “real story” behind the facade. They love to disabuse the naive public of their “illusions.” The law is a fertile field for this, and nothing wows them as much as people who can play “clever” word games.

Nationalization of politics means those gop voters aren’t even mad. They’ve totally lost the idea that their reps even should be doing anything other than culture war. The government doesn’t exist, politics is just dunking on libs.
