Do I think the Dems are being loud enough or pushing back enough, no. But, shutting the gov't down was NOT the way to do it. It never would have reopened and then Trump/Musk would have been able to do even more damage, as unfathomable as that is.

My parents are Maga and think what Msuk and Trump are doing to federal gov't workers is exactly what's needed even though their son-in-law is one. I pettily hope that SS gets slashed and they are as hurt by it as I am by their vote and support of this fascist regime.
