It was a major highlight of a great week spent in Porto. Thanks so much, Stephen and Jennifer and all y’all in your expat organization here. Oregonians made a great showing. I must have talked to at least 20 former and current residents (plus 4 from Vancouver, WA, incl. 1 of their state reps).
