I wonder if there are more Alliances missing the top reward due to inactivity/declining membership and this is a way to take the sting out of missing it. If so, I wish they would sweeten the individual rewards.

Spider-Verse is the deck I think I have the worst time piloting. That may owe more to my custom deck, but I still prefer the others.

Haven't seen a ton of it in my pocket meta, but I had some luck with a Jean Grey control deck I was testing out. I dropped Jean in one lane on T6 after building up the other two. With prio, just Aliothed their ZG. He may be big, but nobody else is.

If you have a Jim Hammond/Fallen One deck, he's decent in that. 3 more energy (at least) to whatever other buffs to your Fallen One isn't too shabby.

Was tempted to boomer snap on this, but they had prio and they may have assumed that I was holding Shadow King or Shang in anticipation of Zombie Giant Man. Valk on a lane with Chamber and Iron Man (activating Chamber after Valk, obvs) is a nice play to pull off. #MarvelSnap

I won't be finishing. Lost track of how long the event was while I was focused in ladder. Bought the pass, so I have Wade, but only at 1020 on the climb. The shop will be open after the event ends like the others, right?

I have grabbed two variants on cards I rarely play (Peach Momoko Elektra and, coincidentally, Chibi Redwing) just because I thought they were good deals, liked the art, and didn't want to gamble on the rotation.

Started to see everybody using Weapon H decks as I was getting to infinite. As soon as I crossed the line on that, I switched to a deck with Stardust and MMM. Fair to say I am not as enthusiastic for this meta as you are. 😆

Most of the climb (80-98) I used the @supertechgod.bsky.social Fallen One deck. After tilting a bit (down to 94), I finished the climb with the SMLZ War Machine/Ramp deck. #MarvelSnap

Thanks! Trying to keep perspective on it: a) Not like I have a long streak of reaching Infinite on the line (missed it 3 or 4 seasons ago) and b) it's just a card back. Still stings a little, though.

This version of VH is working for me today. Dragged me from 87 to 91 (now 90/5). MMM has earned me a few one-cube victories vs. Negative, so I'll take it. Thinking maybe swapping him for Mercury since a lot of people are trying out Prowler decks.
