You have to give it to all these for profit companies, the money spent lobbying & helping certain politicians get elected led to ever increasing profits.

What are they doing accessing a system of records with likely PII? Why are they using an external hard drive? These “employees” need to be asked why need to access this information, where are the external hard drives, and what doing with this information.
