They're definitely a stakeholder but once their OL construction is complete, the land goes back to ExPlace. Bway will lead designs with ExPl, which is a good thing.

There's a surprising amount of complexity to work through, including the Gardiner rehab (still on for many more years!) and the new subway line construction. But we have a great plan that everyone has bought into - great things are coming.

The Gardiner rehab has now wrapprd up west of Strachan, but the Bentway extension is still a few years out due to Metrolinx construction of the Ontario Line right there. But designs can now kick off at least!
