Last week I bombed really bad, this week an audience member told me that my delivery and cadence reminded them of Kyle Kinane which is a pretty good compliment. Comedy is wild!

Since I've cut alcohol I've lost 5 lbs, and that's without dieting or any more exercise than my usual walking. I've also saved $700. I'm definitely gonna be more conscious about alcohol going forward.

I haven't had alcohol in 3 weeks, and this shine shows it! I look and feel better than I have in a long time, both physically and mentally. This detox was needed. I only have one more week to go, but alcohol will no longer be a significant part of my diet going forward. #healthyliving #alcoholfree
