I have never had a roti canai but now really want to try one. Though not for $11.....

Apparently some workers drive in from the boroughs and have to pay the fee. And restaurants with small storage spaces used to have multiple deliveries per week. But their suppliers are charging more. It's all for a common good -- less traffic/congestion but there are unintended consequences.
