My thoughts on F1, motorsport, hockey and the rest. Neutral F1 fan; I have no favourite driver/team (but I 100% hate yours). MKT player (current ACR streak: 57, x2 Top 100). Better(?) known as @hailgrabovski.

Ferrari and McLaren are the obvious two. The third is tougher as so many teams have a rookie in their lineup. Would probably say Red Bull, 95% down to having Max, with Williams also worth a mention by virtue of having two very solid drivers.

FWIW I do think Perez will be back on the grid in 2026. Between the two extra seats GM’s entry is creating and such a plethora of rookies racing in 2025, it feels as if the likes of Perez and Bottas have a pretty decent shot at coming back.

Of course, there were plenty of other moments across the season where a slightly different outcome could’ve swung it one way or the other. Just goes to show how close it was!

If he pits now he comes out ahead of Gasly and will cruise past Russell. Leclerc moves aside, and Carlos has 18/19 laps to try and catch Lando. Still wouldn’t be enough to win the WCC but it has to be better than just following home in 2nd, right? #AbuDhabiGP

Maybe Sainz only gets back to P2. But he’d only have to overtake a couple of cars. Leclerc would let him through. And then he can have a go at Lando on much newer tyres at the end. Seems like a no brainer to me.
