The only way I like them is roasted to a crispy, almost black state, then drizzled with honey. The air fryer works great for this.

Heat wave yesterday with an annoying, hot, dry wind which this morning has changed to a cool and quite strong wind. Sunny, though. Not supposed to get into the 80s for the next few days (26ish).

We did this, too, in Greece! Couldn’t find a way to watch for free, but got the Dodgers radio call on ESPN radio starting in around the 14th inning and wow!

Saw a little girl (5?) the other day. Girl was wearing a tutu and some comic book character T, and carrying the cutest toy chain saw which I didn’t know was even a thing. It was a foot, maybe 1.5 long I’d say. Made my day. We are in Greece, and my Greek isn’t up to “Love your chain saw!”, sadly

The house was closed for renovation last time we hauled over there. Maybe time to go again.
