Today's entry in anachronistic classroom maps is the other one stuck open, a US map. I hadn't looked at it too closely before, mostly because there wasn't anything obviously out of date on it. Today, however, I noticed this:

I'm fascinated by this map in the classroom I teach in this semester. It can't be rolled up, so it sits open on one of the side walls.
