Pop culture, policy, neurology, and the Oxford comma. Timberwolves! Vacationing in the 90s. [Can’t currently post about politics.]
What a great point I hadn’t thought about and now seems so obviously true.

She is just living in an alternate reality, officially.

Helpful stat, thanks. Feels like a legit curse was cast.

I’m going to print and frame this comment.

They’re failing because we all resent (understandably) the nonstop pundit adulation. Doris Burke is the worst gusher.

I’ve noticed we’re all saying this to keep ourselves sane.

I hadn’t realized just *how* much NAW was a glue for the Wolves. Whether he landed his shot or not, he was the quietly steady player who knew what to do on both ends of the court.

This is real?! I scrolled past the headline and assumed it was either a joke or a metaphor.
November 25, 2025 at 7:24 PM
Yeah same exactly, re URLs. It so didn’t need to be this way.

Same but I have to admit DDG’s search results aren’t that good. Whoever can filter out the auto-generated bot sites is who’ll win this game, but there isn’t enough profit in fixing that — even more so now that they want to steer us to AI.

Thanks for posting here. Are the regional NWS offices going to start posting too? It’s so helpful.

You’re so right. Jaden McDaniels’ finesse should be a much bigger conversation topic in pundit-land. (Not sure he’d love that, but still.)

Forever grateful for this! Who’s walking upward as shuffling Randall gets to the right edge of the screen?

It was a great purchase and 10+ years later, I still use the standing-ness regularly. Don’t stand for too long in bare / unsupported feet though. I got plantar fasciitis that way. Wear shoes and you’re set.

I can’t find the actual article anywhere. It’s not on PNAS and not referred to (so far) anywhere on their website. 404 Media covered it too, with a link that went to somewhere different, not to this article/data/finding. Can you post the link?

Play calming choral music. Or lie down in a dark room and listen to a guided meditation or nature visualization. Or, well, hang out in a forest.

Good news. Also, maybe space labs in London will have fewer brain-damaging flickering lights.
