More shoes but the same question

Shoes in particular make me wonder about the circumstances under which they were discarded.

Celia 1977 - I came across this while digging through some old family photos. I took this when I was only 13 years old. My interest in photographing people goes all the way back to when I first picked up a camera. This is my paternal grandmother.

My intention is to eventually focus mostly on portraits and other pictures of people. This is a bit of an experiment with style.
