Labor's scheme to inflate house prices and further reward property owners is a fail, but there is a big gap in Green's housing policy: we need both more public and social housing and reform of zoning/heritage to stop them being used to block new homes in good areas.

Subsidising gas is not the answer - tax gas exports and get on with rolling out renewables.

Very flawed analysis, 1st preferences tell us little. In Australia 55% preferred Lab to LNP, in UK we just don't know due to crap voting system, but likely much less than 50% preferred Lab to Con. Also, if we didn't have preferential system, people would have to vote differently.

Zoning and planning reform is the most important systemic change needed to deliver additional supply, other reforms also needed.
