TBH I do not think enough Americans care enough to change anything. Other countries would have large numbers protesting every day. America can only manage less than 8 million every few weeks. Americans believed Republican lies for decades with no evidence their lives were getting better.

Americans needs more than a long hard look in the mirror. They need to seriously consider what they need to do to make things better for ALL Americans. They need to remove the influence in politics by those who have seriously damaged the country.

The real problem will be repairing all the damage he and his supporters have done. Will take a very long time to rebuild trust with trade partners and allies. Removing the influence of large political donations would be a good start.

If those Americans who chose not to vote had voted America probably not be in the mess it finds itself in. Americans are paying a heavy price for Trump as President and will continue paying long after he is gone. Angering trade partners and allies will cost dearly.

Have read that. The evangelical white christian element of the Republican party is only part of the problem. Corporate lobbyists are also a problem.

Sorry but I disagree. Getting rid of Trump and the Republicans will not solve the problem. You need to address the issues of rascism, inequality and an economic system that rewards greed over the wellbeing of all Americans. Good luck with that. America can never be trusted again...ever.

The US is a nation obsessed with war. Always has been, always will be. Next year will be 240 years since 1776. The US has not been at war for probably less than 25 of those years.

In the US Constitution is clearly defined as "levying war against the United States or adhering to it's enemies". Many would argue Trump's actions meet that criteria.
