Certainly a more useful way to spend cash than keeping Sancho.
Nonetheless, this is a hedge fund strategy here, not a football club strategy.

..contracts, AFAIK. Now, we have 3 high profile players who we tried and failed to sell. How on earth do we move them next season...if their wages go up if we qualify for the UCL?
This is why I'm torn.
Do I want us to take a step back to allow us to properly rebuild OR do I want a trophy?... 😔

Hey there, is the current investment and priority in adding 18 year olds to the club a early sign that the club is going to leverage the model of City and Chelsea and generate cash by selling these same young players?

$CBA - Well, frankly do I need to? Already broken out and run away...
The above three are set up for a "bullish" breakout, not putting in lower highs or tipping over here.
Pretty compelling evidence to whats likely to occur.
So, can't afford a house? Maybe buy the breakouts of these 3 instead..?

Indeed...land prices now globally are simply too high. The pressure this is exerting across our lives is palpable...
Yet...it doesn't mean certain locales can't go higher.
Nor our ability via the banks to outbid competitors and push them up further..
Soon...something going to give..
