Vrchat can make a difference in getting to see each other every day and 'spend time together.' vs not having that, instead.. Video chats, texting, calling. I went through a few ldr attempts before vr was a thing lol.

I keep feeling, anxious/nervous about how well it's going to go if I try it again. I've never gotten far into the habit of doing it as a regular thing.

Is it high quality? I wanted to go scuf gaming but heard some things about theirs, and ps4 controller doesn't always work best on pc when games don't support directinput. No wireless too.

The fact that it has real-time physics active and not just a static picture is top tier quality. I might suggest firewatch as also having a nice menu screen.

I'd be interested in knowing how headset views are. My index is still fine but my Vive had an issue (I noticed) later on where there was glare on the inside of the lenses.
