A minor defense of Three Kings: it gave us Spike Jones, sympathetic knucklehead.

His role is oft-forgot, but I do think this was a significant launchpad in tandem with the same year’s Being John Malkovich.

You seen Happiness of the Katakuris? A zany movie that has yet to be topped for me. Though perhaps the wildness gets numbing after a while…

“Don’t burn the phone book! That’s my favorite reading!” I love Dellamorte Dellamore!

Bubble Bath Ibhave not seen yet, but that Deaf Crocodile disc is staring at me right now.

What’s the previous zaniest movie this knocks down a peg?

Easily a top five Bond for me.

I’d make a play on words about it being “all downhill from here like a ski chase” or something. But that’s only partly true. Moore’s run is very silly, and that’s not “bad.”

Guess we probably should have checked his neck by now…

Eh, that’s a fringe benefit.
But no, you’re right.

The Fugitive? Dr. Kimble settles for justice instead of the revenge he’d been craving.

Yeah, the title is like “how can we be more outré than Guy Ritchie?”

But I have no issue with that poster, which is just a concept

Mariska comes off as a very generous filmmaker. The reveals that bring her closer to her siblings and father and rock her world are quite emotional, but the subjects are first and foremost given the chance to feel, react, and tell their own stories.

Oh, man, I love these. They remind me of Monster in my Pocket, which introduced me to so many regional cryptids and supernatural legends years before the X-Files aired.

I’d chip in.

I had a hard time watching it when it was a new release. 😬

Five Desperate Women (1971)
Ted Post directs this movie about a reunion of five friends from college, disappointed with their lives. High drama - BUT also, what if a madman is also trying to kill them?

Stories from a year ago on a Wikipedia page aren’t great info sources for demonstrating how she currently feels on a topic.

Especially when there’s a direct quote from the primary source from less than three months ago.

It’s the second result when you google “Yassamin Ansari Gaza”
