I went through this Tina!! Literally mine started in Sept and I was very very lucky that i got surgery this month due to a cancellation (and living in Canada). My biggest advice is if you are having pain, stretch!! really stretch out. stand up and reach. that was what got me through 3 months of pain

I just had my gallbladder removed due to gallstones! That pain is no joke!! Painkillers are a godsend. Drink so much water too!! getting dehydrated with gallstones is the last thing you want
