This took longer than I'd hoped, but I'm excited to say that my adaptation of Jack Hill's Spider Baby has been submitted to the publisher.
Who knew grad school and a feature would cut down on my writing time? ;)
I can't wait to share this book with all of you!

When I tell people I enjoy teaching teens (high school and college) I usually get looks of shock.
Growing up is hard. Fun, yes. But what kind of mess are we leaving them?

Yup! This is me, healing up two weeks after a skate park accident. I was upset I got hurt so badly despite wearing a helmet and was told “it did its job. You’re conscious and you don’t have a shunt.”

I must have been on to something when I made this poster for our lil no-budget short, because Hunt a Killer game company spotted our poster on the X-Twit-Hellsite, asked to see the film, and then licensed it for use in a Halloween game campaign.
Haven't designed another poster since. 🤷♀️
