OK, it's on. Let's give it a shot.

#scriptchat right here, first Friday night of every month, starting Feb 7th.

Use the hashtag to join in.

5-6pm PT | 8-9pm ET

The chat is also still on X on Sunday nights, too.

#ScriptSky #WritingCommunity #screenwriting #screenwriter
So #ScriptSky peeps, let's say I brought #scriptchat over here once/mo. I can't do it every week, so trying to be realistic.

Would 5-6pm PT on first Friday of every month be a good night? I feel like Fridays worked best for our #PipelineWriters peeps.

Thoughts?

I know many of you are off the book of faces but if you are not aware, look at the Alt National Park Service account there. This is a rogue group that formed during the last flash of orange. There is a lot happening that isn't being discussed publicly.

Yesterday was a dark day in history, but today I'm waking up to this. What good will you share in the world today? Go out there and share some light.

I am only looking for the good things. If you cannot find the good in the day, do something good. Be the light we all need.

It was all propaganda. To make cheeto look like the savior. You were all pawns. Remember this feeling.

Reading "Writing Down The Bones" and Natalie Goldberg writes about going to coffee shops to write. She'll write in the same coffee shop until she finishes the current book she's working on and then moves on to a different coffee shop for the next book. I find this an interesting idea.

I am so inspired by all of the quotes, memories, and art of David Lynch that I am seeing online. His impact will continue to ripple forever. Also, art doesn't need to make sense to resonate.

Stumbling into a cozy coffee shop in Portland always makes my day. Discovered Roseline in the goat blocks the other day for an in person meeting and ended up staying for my zoom meeting. Where is your favorite cozy coffee shop in PDX?

What are your biggest fears when you face a blank page?

Do you just jump right in and start writing ,or do you have a process you follow before you ever write that first word?
