70s & 80s Babies: I was having a convo with my kid, talking about my childhood bullies when it hit me: those brats were the burgeoning Karens. I used to feel like we owed an apology to the rest of society, but not anymore. We did our best, but we were outnumbered 15 to 1 (or more.)

I wish I understood what my husband & I are doing during health insurance open enrollment. In spite of having created a massive spreadsheet with option comparisons, & several online deep dives, we still can't figure out if we should be learning how to take an appendix out at home.

I wish I could cling to the optimism I experienced yesterday after the results from so many votes. I am still scared though. Depression is back, knocking on the door, demanding to be ket back in.

I wish people would donate money to food banks. Donating food feels really good, but they know what they need, can buy in bulk, & don't have to examine every item. That said, special foods & treats were always a big deal when I had to go to them to help me feed my kids & self. #snap #gop #11:11wish
