Maybe Congress has been hibernating or sleeping. The fire should jolt it out of slumber to take action. Fire.Fire. Fire
Critics keep saying "the rule of law." But this has been insufficient to restrain people who push their power.

Yes. Lake effect snow. Winter has its own beauty.☺️ But it has also a downside.
We've had snow alerts during the last three days. Slippery roads and whiteouts. Strong winds.

But this place is beautiful in spring & summer. Many beaches & developed waterfront at the bay area.Tourists come here.☺️

Thanks. I re-read the original article. I think the NY mayor's work is hard.
I'm not from NY but live in a neighboring state & have visited NY towns & cities. The famous Niagara Falls is not far me.
Years back, I attended a conference in NY city. I took the time to see Broadway shows-musicals.♥️🎵

i got stung by a bee. But I was fine. Bees are important and have many uses. I have potted plants that are pollinators. I hide them in winter. Our winter is harsh and long. Perennials do come back in spring. So I prefer them over annuals.🌲 🌷🪴

A walk in nature is so rejuvenating. Reflect on simple pleasures in life. Even in a snowy backyard. My backyard is hilly. I can ride a snowboard and go downhill.⛷️ Simple pleasures in winter. I live near a big lake. Lake Erie, Pennsylvania (Keystone state), USA.

I love good coffee. I run on coffee. It helps start the engine in a cold morning. Temperature: 22 degrees F.
More snow to come. Lake effect. But people's kindness wraps me like a warm blanket. #Gratitude.

There are many barriers. I agree-> A comprehensive plan. With details. I believe in the value of strategic planning which takes time to develop. This is a huge country and huge world. Start at the local. level. But people are afraid to speak up. Sychopancy.

Birds in my trees and deck are gone. It's very cold here. Birds come back in spring. Always! Once, black birds tore up my lawn looking for grubs to eat. I don't like chemicals in my lawn; but I called a service for grub kill.

Make the impossible possible. My opinion- the current political environment and climate here and globally are big barriers.

This is the birch tree in front yard house in spring and summer. Now it has lost its leaves. But these will come back in spring. Winter causes a lot of damage and the repair costs the city lots of money. Street plowing alone needs lots of money especially if winter is harsh and long.

I also read that roots of the trees form a network that enables trees to help and support each other. We people can learn from the trees' system of supporting and helping each other. Countries can do the same.🌴🌳🌲

I love the Robin's look. Robin does not have to say or do anything to be so special. Just that look and pose.

That's fine and even better. Because coffee is bad for dogs to drink anyway. Let's keep our loved dogs safe. I loved my dogs. American Esky, They loved back unconditionally. 🐕❤️

Thanks for sharing @atanas-g-atanasov.bsky.social All diseases on the list are important. Metastatic pancreatic cancer caught my attention.Hard to detect early, spreads rapidly to other organs.IK people who have it.The effects of cancer & of treatment raise risk for malnutrition. Poor prognosis.
