4/ Rebuilding those ties is revolution. Being with people, being outside, and being grounded in reality keep your mind anchored instead of shaped by whatever funnel you’re fed through.

3/ Our society treats both as optional. That’s not an accident. A disconnected population that rarely goes outside and gets its information through filtered channels is far easier to manipulate and manage.

2/ Connection and community aren’t meant to be luxuries. They’re the baseline for a stable mind. Same goes for spending real time in nature. These things will keep you sane.
