Ooo! Sometimes that can be an electrical thing. Not in a dangerous way, just in an old house kind of way. Sometimes you get slight magnetic fields.

They didn't get away with it. The people who did it lost their jobs. But as far as I know there's no law against it (or FOX would be in big trouble) and it doesn't meet the standard of lible or defamation for a civil suit.

The problem isn't that everyone involved was a pedophile. Obviously not everyone was. The problem is so many people were willing to be involved with him knowing that scummy stuff was going on. And how often they knew just how scummy but did nothing about it.

I look at it as more like mutually assured destruction than regular blackmail. Once you're in no one can talk or everyone goes down.

I also think it's likely a lot of people weren't able to face the thought that "the girls" didn't consent and were abused not opportunistic.
