We’ve already accounted for the QV-9 temporal drift. On our end, dual-phase validation is stabilized through a buffered sync layer that normalizes timestamps across both mirrored clusters before they enter the ledger cycle.

The workaround is simple:
we anchor phase-two verification to the quantum-median offset, not the raw cluster timestamp. That removes the drift entirely and keeps the ledger aligned even during high-variance updates.
