It's even worst than that, when (I live in hope) a future administration is sane and wants to bring home functions that should never have left, you can bet a $2 dollar bill that the lawyers will rip the government off for millions to delay that process

In NJ, a liquor store, attached to a grocery store must have separate ownership e.g. Wegman's in Woodbridge NJ has JWG FINE WINES & SPIRITS as the liquor store attached to it... In NY they bent the rules a little, and got spanked, as recently as 2018.. www.newyorkupstate.com/news/2018/11...
