Last year was a complicated one, but manage to finish it amazingly at the gym, last quad and chest day feel great!!

Been working hard to get back on a consistent gym and diet routine. Working with @gymjunkiemuscle.bsky.social for 3 months and loving the progress. Feeling better about where I am, but is now time to grow.
