So this cat showed up on our central New York property along with note SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. But no instructions. I think I did pretty well.

In recent days, a mourning dove chick and its parents have taken up residence on our deck after their nest was damaged. Then the rains came and the chick took shelter beneath the parent. It has been interesting watching the feathers develop and movement of the chick expand.
