I live in the Yucatan, not because it is cheap and safe, but for the adventure, the people and the culture.
I wish I had some confidence in the next 4 years, but I don't. When the rhetoric runs from invading Greenland to itching from heaters, it is difficult to have any positive feelings. Financially, things will be just fine for me, but I worry about the nation, society and it's people.

When I choose a President, I want a commander, with class, character, and competence.
I feel that many people wanted someone like themselves. I wanted someone better than me.
