Ah, yeah I misunderstood, thought it meant continuity of the James Bond character rather than the franchise.

One of my favourite things about early Bond movies was how they were basically just ''villain of the week shows' and didn't need to be connected other than common characters.

I like this as FINALLY the opportunity to go the 'James Bond is a code name' route.
