I got some words on the page tonight. Not a ton. Almost 800. But it’s something. Starting a project is always the hardest part for me. Once I get the first ~5k words down, the rest comes pouring out of me.

We saw Linkin Park last night. We showed up a little after doors opened and still managed to get on the rail. The whole event was just a blast of nostalgia for me. I felt like I was fourteen again.
One of the best shows I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot.

I haven’t really watched movies in a long time. In an attempt to pry myself away from my phone/social media/ the news, I’m changing that. I watched I Saw the TV Glow and Smile this week and holy hell, they were both so good!!!

I dread my birthday every year. But this year was different. I figured I’d plan a big get together. After all, I’m turning 30, and what better way to celebrate than a Dirty 30 with all my friends and family! And then an ice storm hits and we have to cancel.
