"Acceptance of resignations is completely at the discretion of the agency." This has been my main point all along. OPM has no authority to empty out a cabinet member's agency without the agency head having a say.

So let's see... at a cost of $13 million per every 40 prisoners, that comes out to $9,750 million. Per year. Or $325,000 per person per year. I wonder what MAGA voters in middle America could do with an extra hundred thou per year?
