Thank you Portraits have been a step away from the norm. Really enjoyed it, never really got the hang of portraits before, just looked at some of the past faces I’ve drawn, somehow this week something has happened for the good. So I thank the host for the inspiration.

The light and shades worked well, the resemblance mmmm very subjective I’m sure she wouldn’t recognise herself, but concentrated on the light and depth more, every area was a challenge

Evening, some serious focusing tonight with a beer & pastels on smooth which helped the blur BlackA3, nearly 9.30 before a start, absolutely fab escapism in sketching, helped by a great prompt & a favourite Public Service Broadcasting track with Night Mail.
