I am sitting at Groote Schuur hospital. Government hospital were you pay what you can, or pensioners and unemployed free. Just received at free cup of tea. The gentleman next to me got a free sandwich. I am at dermatology, having to do this as the Trump tariffs as made me unemployed for 6 months🇿🇦
