As part of my nascent Bluesky vintage audio post series: Single driver studio monitors from Auratone and Audio Research, Inc. (of Flushing, NY). Both are beautifully constructed.

For the one or two people on Bluesky who appreciate vintage audio, this is my recently brought back from purgatory early 1970s Dokorder solid state receiver. It was a monster receiver for its day, and is the only non-Marantz receiver I have seen with a flywheel tuner (though I am no expert).

Memorial Day should remind us that our Nation can't afford to lose that and other hard fought victories, for which many made the ultimate sacrifice.

Photo ops at the El Salvadoran torture prison are very popular among GOP politicians, who are regularly given access. Here is W.Va. Rep Wiley Moore hanging out there. For some reason, though, Sen Van Hollen, who was looking out for Abrego García's welfare, was barred from the torture site.
