The constitution can be amended. A constitutional amendment that pardons can be overturned by 2/3 of senate or something like that can work. There might be a movement to do so now.

They are set on confirming him. Other than the drinking, violence and aggressive remarks, has anyone followed up on why they are pushing so hard for him? Seems like there is money to be made by someone. Surely someone can raise who will benefit financially.

Instead of complaining why don’t y’all propose a constitutional amendment that pardons can be overturned by 2/3 of senate or something like that? See how many who were there sign on to that.
