I simply gave up on that place. It's impossible to read a Tweet and then look at the responses because only paying accounts are elevated, which means it's like reading responses only from catturd.

I miss the old Twitter. It was not uncommon to have famous authors, reporters, Hollywood celebrities, etc. interact with plain old people like me. That doesn't happen that often here. I only visit that place if someone posts a link to something there, otherwise, it's a toxic cesspool.

I honestly can't think of a single case where she stood up to Trump. It's no sign of bravery to vote against a confirmation when you know your vote is not needed anyway.

Print magazines are in a tough spot, a contracting industry. They're really not in a position to dictate the methods their advertisers choose to create ads.
