Watching Die Hard. Alan Rickman is amazing and is missed. Bruce Willis is fantastic and I hope he's doing as well as can be. While we're celebrating great artists, Run-DMC and Keith Haring were incredible too.

Excited to see what Buck 65 has cooking for Bandcamp Friday. I'm a big fan of the Bike For Three! stuff and have been hoping for more for a long time.

Might be a gloomy grey Sunday but things are looking good 'cause it's Betty Boo in Brighton tonight. Last caught her at the Boomerang release party which seems a long time ago now.

Shit. Here we go then. Never been to the Jazz Cafe before but looks like a good size venue.

Kind of past caring about any Labour leadership squabbles but seriously, who would vote for this guy? Starmer is a huge failure obvs but at least he's not got creepy Tory vibes like Streeting.

Joyce Carol Oates doing more damage than a thousand Tesla protests. Hoping this might be what takes him down for good.

"Like a silver machine, an electronic dream". So long, Dave, thanks for all those huge tunes (I mean, where do you start?). Look forward to hearing what you put together for what will now be your final LP.

BBCs Banned in the 80s doc was a good watch, but came away mainly with renewed appreciation for Holly Johnson and Frankie. That TOTP performance of Two Tribes was new to me, somehow.

Once again Bearded Theory line-up is looking good. Wedding Present, PWEI, Hooky... and LIINES! LIINES are back! Hope this means more shows (smaller, or closer) are to come.

Think we all feel a bit like this at the moment.

Also hoping Nitzer Ebb return to the UK. Their current US run appears to include an unreleased new track, played in tribute.

Reckon this'll be a goodun for the grown-up (or not?) goths. Dracula at @lyrichammersmith.bsky.social has been on my radar for a while, but at last the time is near.

Yes! Been waiting for this. Betty Boo is back. Love Bush Hall as a venue but will be sticking to the coast and taking Brighton instead.

This is great, thank you. My partner spotted a reference I missed - the graffitied house could be Saville's country home:

I mean I could watch the Bunny Munro series, but maybe I'll save the wait and the subscription charge and get some AI app to run off my own crappy version instead. Winner!

Big day today. England v Spain for the #WEURO2025 final. Let's get that win!

Wait, what!? Tom Cruise did his own stunts? Stop the press, lads. Nobody mentioned this before.

Always enjoy seeing the Ken's Kebabs meme turn up. Fair play to whoever put this together. Free Palestine.
