BlackBerry was more than a tiny keyboard.

It was a tiny keyboard with specific indents that your thumbs learned through painful rote until you could file 600 words with your eyes up on a news event.

My main peeve was it just *didn’t* work. Sure, fiddling around with network settings and switching off 5Ghz could help, but post update you’d just constantly lose speakers. They fixated on timers but core functionality remained broken for many.
