Alan Yentob might be a strange person to be starstruck by, but I do remember the two times I saw him and I acted too "cool" to talk to him. Once, ambling through Soho, once sat in reception at the Beeb. He had a great influence on television and British culture. May he rest in peace.
This sequence from a fantastic BBC documentary about street photographer Vivian Maier always inspires me.
