#USTreasury released their #CDFI annual report. Are we doing enough with the tax payer funded #CDFI program? The unregulated #privatelending marketplace is where most #smallbusinesses get their #capital today due to risk averse banks and restrictions that CDFI lending has. Can we do better?

I suspected bootstrapping will become a lot more popular: both because of VC investments drying up, and also because it's becoming easier to build software w/o funding.
