It’s a while since I’ve seen more than a few watts being produced by my #solar #pv and it’s very welcome! 😎

First loaves baked since getting home at the weekend. My #Sourdough starter’s sulking a little after a couple of weeks in the fridge, but hopefully it’ll liven up in time for some jalapeño and cheddar loaves by the end of the week 😋

I’m pretty similar on time (albeit at a 50F lower temp) and I use a pizza stone base rather than a steel, but otherwise pretty much the same. I love the ears on yours, hence why I’ll play a bit. Here’s one of mine - I’m not unhappy with it, but we’re always trying to get better, right? 😊
