Pride and Prejudice in 5 lines:

There once was a girl called Miss Bennet

Who rebuffed a man and she meant it;

But his love did abide

So he swallowed his pride

Til her prejudice he circumvented.

Good or bad, it has all happened before. Understanding history matters.

During the Nazi occupation of Paris, Parisians studiously ignored the enemy in public while running an underground resistance operation meant to combat the cruelty and save the victims.

Sounds like a plan.

My 4 year old grandson was talking about my wife’s sister and couldn’t come up with “great aunt” so he said “grandsister”. I seriously like that better.

The new Superman trailer drips of empathy and altruism - like the original incarnation. In an age where it feels like the bad guys are winning, I need this version.

I just received a rush of followers from random people. They all have progressive bylines and either zero or one posts, but quite a number of followers. Some are the identities of real people I can confirm, but this feels like a bot operation.

Has anyone seen something like this?
