A hilarious line from Murph on @secondcaptains.bsky.social, paraphrase - never mind McIlroy at the Masters, Troy Parrott has had the greatest Thursday to Sunday run in the history of Irish sport. #COYBIG #speirgorm

No asylum seeker was involved in the economic calamity that led to these apartments, and many more like them, being abandoned and left derelict (to this day). We all know the party whose fault it was though. t
They now have no ideas left but to scapegoat.

One of the most gob smacking videos you'll see from them. And it's still online despite the mass murdering and starvation we've witnessed for nearly two years.

Do you know what I miss most in modern F1? The questionable reliability of the pre 2000 cars, when there was still an element of roulette in the form of a radiator, gasket, piston ring, 'big end bearing' failure etc. A sight all too rare in F1 these days in my view.

The government owned AIB between 2010 and 2017. Was autonomy a consideration during these years? What about the autonomy of the workers now? Interestingly, the government only sold it last remaining shares in the bank a month ago. 'Til next time...

Considering that this spokesman's comments are indistinguishable from AI in their corporate mindlessness, it's not a bad bet.

Considering that Israel was congratulating itself on the targeted killings of multiple Iranian military and political figures, and that all of the directors of all the hospitals in northern Gaza are now dead or detained, that Dr Marwan al-Sultan may have been deliberately targeted is plausible.

In the long history of Europe, has there ever been a larger, more hypocritical collection of craven, spineless "leaders', all sharing power at the same time? The good and the bad in our history books are all rolling in their graves.

Another amazing day for a bike ride. While everyone goes to the beach on a hot day, the woods are the place to go for a bit of relief while still enjoying the outdoors.

There are any number of paragraphs which could be highlighted here. And while the language is not as strong as it might be, the fact it's coming from a "play-it-safe" publication like the FT speaks volumes. Gift Article - The west’s shameful silence on Gaza - on.ft.com/44K4eUH via @FT
