For them, art is monetisable content. Would love to see an interview with one of these tech bros, and ask human questions like what’s your favourite book / painting / piece of music and why? They would struggle to answer because they lack imagination.

Agree. In climate policy, 10 years ago local government was often the only tier doing anything. It experimented with renewables in projects that were later picked up by the state.
