Aren’t we just assuming Trump will pardon all of them? Honestly, is there any chance he wouldn’t? I mean, it would be impeachable as hell. But when has that stopped him? Can any of these be charged in state court?

All this turnabout says to me is that they have a plan to not actually release everything. And how would we even know what's been held back or even destroyed?

Given that the attacks are clearly illegal, and US soldiers are *duty bound* to ignore illegal orders, why are they even happening? Why aren't the soldiers ignoring the orders? Honest question. Does that law not apply outside the US? And if they are illegal, aren't they all exposed to prosecution?

Or at the very least, failing to convict him in the impeachment and bar him from holding office again. They had the chance right there in front of them. Would have been SO easy to do. Now ALL of this is ultimately on Senate Republicans.
