I generally agree. However, Senator Chuck Schumer is keeping an important Social Security Fairness Act bill from coming to the Senate floor. It is HR 82 and affects 2.8 million former first responders, teachers,and postal workers from receiving full s.s. benefits. Why? Anyone know? #EndWEP/GPO

Seeing a lot of appeals on the other platform to contact senators regarding repeal of social security Windfall Elimination Provision, but not as much here. WEP prevents many vets, first responders, and postal workers from getting full soc sec benefit! We need to repeal it. Let's get this trending!

Asking all my new friends on this platform to please contact your US Senator and ask them to support SB5597! Currently, many vets, LEOs, and civil service retirees are in eligible for full social security benefits. This fixes that. It has already passed House. We need Senate to vote ASAP!
