'Lost and found ' - a poem about my grief and mental health journey since January last year.

Some of you who have lost a loved one may recognise some of this.

I know it's good to talk about mental health, but sometimes I don't want to share everything to everyone.

This poem - one of my latest that'll go into my book - is all about moments like this.

I don't know who made this picture, but it's outstanding. It says so much about recent events.

People fought in world wars to protect our lives and freedoms - not so we can brawl in the streets and think without reason.

What happened to using our brains?
